Suzie chose a career in real estate because of her natural desire to be of service to others. Suzie brings her twenty years of experience as a juvenile officer and social service worker to her career as a REALTOR ®. Prior to joining the Dave Brown Group with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she worked for the best interest of children and families in the court system. As an advocate, she learned how to be patient, detail oriented and proactive.

As your Realtor, Suzie will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work fiercely to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Suzie understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time REALTOR ®, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.

Suzie’s education includes bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology and minors in Leadership and Theater from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. She is a live-long learner and is constantly seeking out education to be on top of market trends and the latest technology.

When not assisting clients, Suzie enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, being outdoors, walking, biking and swimming and at the lake on the sailboat and jet ski. Suzie is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan and loves playing tournament Texas Hold’em Poker events all over the United States. Suzie is on the board of directors of a non-profit organization for the homeless, a sustaining member of public television and enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
